Our 3-acre gardens border the beautiful Canal du Midi

 

The 3 acres of grounds have been laid out with various shrubberies which have the affect of creating separate private sitting areas.

 

The three magnificent horse chestnut trees, directly in front of the house, also provide wonderful shaded sitting areas.

 

Away to the left in the garden is the pool and table tennis area.

 

Furthest away from the house is a larger area that can be used for pitching practice and racket games.

 

Then, of course, there is a gate leading directly on to the canal, providing easy access for a stroll or a cycle ride along the canal.

 

There are cycle paths from the house into the town of Bram, to get your early morning bread and croissants, it's a distance of 4km - rucksacks provided!
