Domaine Le Gabachou offers a choice of four comfortable and well presented holiday gîtes near Carcassonne. The gîtes, La Maison D’Olives, Le Tournesol, Le Gabachou and L'Atelier offer peace and tranquillity, coupled with all the comforts you would expect in a real self-catering ‘home from home’. Guests are of course free to enjoy the 1-hectare garden and swimming pool.
La Maison d’Olives

A very generously well proportion 2 large double bedroom gîte. Both bedrooms are complete with ceiling fans the second of which also has a 3’ 6” single, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 5 people. A large sitting room with UK FreeSat and leads onto a fully equipped kitchen / diner, perfect if you just fancy an night in.

This is our large 3-bedroomed gîte, comprising upstairs of a large master bedroom with ensuite, a further large double bedroom and also a standard single bedroom. These 2 rooms share a WC upstairs and share a bathroom downstairs equipped with a shower. There is a cosy sitting room with UK FreeSat and a large well-equipped kitchen / diner suitable for entertaining.

This single-level, one-bedroom gîte was completed in 2012 and is called the ‘Workshop’ as it is adjoined to the barn. The king-sized double bedroom leads onto an en-suite shower room with WC and basin and through doors to a comfortable sitting room with sofa and chair and UK FreeSat TV. The kitchen is a good size and leads on a small dining area and off that its own paved courtyard outside for al fresco dining in the shade of the catalpa tree.
